Appian Developer
Requirement gathering and analysis. Design, develop, test and implement customer facing solutions, on the Appian platform. Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects and redesigning existing solutions Should have good knowledge on Appian and BPM architecture, design patterns and should be able to design the Appian solutions. Significant experience within the Appian technical environment including customizations, triggers, Data Loader, Workflows, email templates, business rules, setting up security, reports and dashboards Excellent understanding of the Appian objects and its components Preparing high level technical specifications for the solutions. Performing frequent code reviews Able to do the Appian application deployments Minimum Requirements: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science 2+years of experience in designing BPM applications. Core Competency Requirements: At least 1-2 years of experience in leading a team of developers. Experience in developing on J2EE platforms,.Net platforms, RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) Good logical and analytical reasoning ability. Good team player. Position can be remote.
