Step into a day on our line

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

You arrive before the mixers hum to life, review the day’s batch sheets, and get your station ready. As dough moves from divider to rounder to proofer, you keep everything running smoothly—checking quality, timing bakes, and packaging fresh product for shipment. Safety and cleanliness guide each step you take.

What you’ll do

• Operate bakery production machinery across mixing, dividing/rounding, proofing, baking, and packaging stages.
• Follow recipes and production schedules to meet daily output goals.
• Monitor product quality and consistency throughout the run.
• Package finished goods accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Adhere to all food safety procedures and GMP standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and routine equipment cleaning.

What it takes

• Comfort standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality.

Preferred

• Background in bakery or food production (helpful, not required).
• Keen attention to detail and quality.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• High school diploma or GED.
