Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Material HandlerPay Range: $16.65hr - $21.65hrRequirements:Ability to understand material movement and inventory levels.Ability to perform material movements both physically and systematically within controlled environments.Ability to process stock transfers, material requests, and put-away.Ability to load and unload trucks as required.Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or other equipment with appropriate training.Proficiency in using ERP systems for material management activity.Ability to utilize root cause analysis to research material movement and resolve discrepancies.Experience with cycle counting.Ability to participate in continuous improvement initiatives regarding warehouse material flow.Ability to identify efficiency gaps in systems and processes.Commitment to maintaining positive and cooperative communications and collaboration.Ability to adhere to all environmental, health, and safety SOPs, equipment policies, and procedures.Compliance with FDA regulations, regulatory requirements, and operating procedures.Responsibilities:Execute material movements in a warehouse environment including loading and unloading trailers.Process receiving, put away, and cycle counting tasks.Perform de-crating and picking KTE carts.Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and stretch wrappers.Complete timely processing of assigned material movement tasks.Perform physical and systematic material movements within ESD controlled environments.Assist and train associates with on-the-job training as needed.Research material movement discrepancies using root cause analysis.Participate in safety, quality, and other committees if applicable.Participate in on-the-job training for warehouse and manufacturing processes, safety procedures, GMP, and ISO Standards.Skills:ERP Systems.Material Management.Inventory Control.Forklift Operation.Stretch Wrappers.Cycle Counting.Root Cause Analysis.Warehouse Material Flow.GMP.ISO Standards.ESD Controls.Qualification And Education:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Physical Requirements:Ability to load trailers.Ability to unload trailers.Ability to perform material movements physically.Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and stretch wrappers.
