Germain Ford of Beavercreek is seeking an A-Level Automotive Technician in Beavercreek, OH, paying $40-$55 per flagged hour with weekly pay. Technicians work in a new, heated and air-conditioned 41-bay facility averaging approximately 500 vehicles per week, with foreman/lead technician support and Service Advisors handling estimates and parts ordering. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Troubleshoot vehicle systems and accurately identify repair needs
• Perform general automotive repairs and maintenance
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Communicate diagnostic and repair findings with Service Advisors
• Follow dealership repair procedures and quality standards
• Maintain an organized and professional work area
• Service a primarily domestic vehicle mix while handling a variety of automotive repair needs

Qualifications

• A-Level automotive repair and diagnostic capabilities
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with electrical, drivability, maintenance, and general automotive repair
• Own set of technician tools
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume automotive repair environment
• Strong attention to repair quality and accuracy
• Willingness to learn dealership systems and processes

Ford or domestic vehicle experience, dealership experience, ASE certifications, and DVI experience are preferred but not required. Technicians coming from independent repair shops are also welcome to apply.
