Fulfillment Associate

Candidate Source is hiring seasonal associates who are detail-oriented to join our warehouse team for the busy season. If you take pride in your work, love organization, and enjoy being part of a collaborative, hands-on environment, this may be the perfect job for you.

Schedule: Hours will vary from week to week during the project but will range from 24-50 hours per week

Shift: 6am-4:30pm

What You'll Do

Pick, pack, and prepare customer and subscription box orders with precision and care.
Restock products and maintain inventory flow to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform quality checks to ensure every order meets high standards for presentation and customer experience.
Support packaging and shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate carrier pickups.
Assist with team setup activities and product counts as needed.
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and aligned with company standards.
Meet daily and weekly performance goals.

Comfortable using basic technology and shipping software (experience with ShipStation a plus).

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation to our Henrico, VA facility.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
Must be available for seasonal work through the holiday period.
