Responsibilities

Complete the PLACE Launch program
Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
Negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers
Real estate agent centric mindset
Monitor and update tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Host two open houses each month
Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
Participate actively in team events and activities
Commit to weekly one-on-one real estate agent coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market homes
Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

Qualifications

You are a self-driven sales professional with a competitive edge
Skilled at building rapport, actively listening, and identifying tailored solutions
Expert in prospecting and lead generation
✓Naturally adept at overcoming objections
Strong communicator dedicated to exceptional service
Collaborative team player
Licensed real estate professional, Buyers Agent background preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Growth-oriented and eager to learn
Highly organized
Open to mastering scripts and dialogues
Exceptional time management abilities

Valid state license required to join the team (not required to apply)
