Professional Delivery Driver / Helper

Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Delivery Associate to join our team. As a Delivery Associate, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are delivered safely and efficiently to our customers. This position involves safe driving, an ability to follow directions/mapping, loading and unloading goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining a high level of customer service. If you have experience in delivery driving or warehouse operations, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading products from the delivery vehicle.
Ensuring all items are securely loaded and organized for safe transport.
Navigate delivery routes and reach destinations efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and assist with inventory management as needed.
Operate equipment such as dollies and pallet jacks when necessary.
Communicate effectively with the delivery team and customers to ensure satisfaction.
Adhere to all safety protocols while handling products and operating vehicles.

Requirements

Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
Familiarity with operating various types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans.
Experience using pallet jacks is a plus
Strong physical stamina to lift heavy items and perform manual labor throughout the shift.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Must be able to follow navigation instructions, while strictly following the rules of the road.
Driver must be 21 years of age with a clean driving record.
Helpers must be 18 years of age, and do not require a driver's license.
