Technical Delivery Analyst

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in various IT initiatives.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance technical and project management skills.
• Interview Process:
• First round: Virtual screening
• Second round: Onsite panel interview with team.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: IT Project Delivery Experience (2+ years)
• Strong experience with Power BI
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint (executive-level presentations)
• Experience handling multiple concurrent IT projects
• Exposure to IT financials / reporting / procurement processes
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting IT project delivery, including at least one internship and one professional role.
• Proven experience in technical delivery, with exposure to multiple projects (16 projects in this group).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Power BI exp is must have.
• Intellectually curious and a constant learner, with a willingness to ask questions and dig deeper to understand complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
