Continue growth through the Pawnbroker Certification Program for an additional $1.00 per hour and potential promotions to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader). Success can lead to an Assistant Manager position with a 6‑month training program and store‑ownership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting in person and on the phone. Processing sales, loans, and extensions. Performing opening and closing store duties. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask. Successful conclusion of a criminal background check and drug test. Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (e.g., tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
