Real Property Management Richmond Metro | $65,000 to $75,000 + benefits | Monday to Friday, no weekends

This role is for you if…

You build order out of chaos. You've taken a messy portfolio and turned it into a running system before, and you'd happily do it again.

You own your portfolio. You treat the properties you manage like they're your own, and you don't need someone checking your work.

You advise, not just report. When you talk to an owner about rent pricing or a capital repair, you sound like a consultant, not a messenger.

You stay steady when it hits the fan. You calmly work the problem instead of spiraling.

You pay attention to the metrics. Occupancy, delinquency, budget variance, turn time: you know your numbers and you move them.

What your week actually looks like:

You're the trusted advisor and day-to-day point of contact for your owners and residents. You'll set rent strategy with owners, keep residents happy and informed, coordinate maintenance and leasing, keep records clean, and own the KPIs that define a healthy portfolio: occupancy, rent delinquency, budget variance, maintenance management, and marketing. Our focus is relationships, not "tenants and toilets." You run showings, process applications, and manage work orders, staying close to every property you're responsible for. Relationships over transactions. Repeat owners and long-term residents mean you build something that lasts, not chase turnover.
