Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• High-volume Accounts Receivable processing
• Full-cycle AR responsibilities
• Collections / follow-up calls as needed
• Vendor communication
• Additional AR support duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate / Must-Haves

• 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable working independently in a "heads-down" environment while maintaining a friendly, team-oriented attitude
• Willing to take initiative, especially with calls and follow-up
• Adaptable and flexible in a growing environment

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
