Senior HR Business Partner

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our rapidly growing Data Centers business. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals across leasing, operations, and facility management. You will lead workforce planning, talent and succession initiatives, performance management, and organizational design while championing JLL’s performance-driven, inclusive culture. Collaborate globally to implement HR programs, advise on complex employee relations, drive change initiatives, and use HR analytics to inform decisions in a dynamic real estate and data center environment.
