Physical Therapist New Grads Welcome

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapeutic intervention and services to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Review patient medical histories
• Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Develop individualized patient treatment plans
• Outline clear patient goals and expected plan outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care if needed
• Educate patients and family members about the recovery process

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program
• Experience with rehab and skilled nursing facilities preferred
