STRONG EARNING POTENTIAL

Full-Time Salaried

• $90,000–$110,000+ base salary
• $1,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $12,000 in additional bonuses
• Total potential first-year earnings: $103,000–$123,000+

Full-Time Hourly

• $85–$100/hour
• $1,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $12,000 in additional bonuses

Part-Time

• $85–$100/hour
• $500–$1,000 sign-on bonus , depending on caseload
• Up to $12,000 in additional bonuses

WE COVER YOUR NC LBA LICENSURE
Connect n Care ABA covers the cost of obtaining your NC LBA licensure .

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification or actively preparing to sit for the BCBA exam
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• NC LBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure

Newly certified BCBAs are welcome! Clinical mentorship and support are available.
