The Registered Nurse will utilize advanced assessment and evaluation skills. Collaboration with the healthcare team is essential for optimal patient outcomes. The RN will maintain a focus on patient safety and dignity. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced and challenging environment. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary to meet unit needs.
