Piscataway Teacher Education Association Position (PTEA)
12 Month Work Year Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm
Qualifications:
- Applicant must fill out an online application
- Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports
- Ability to read electric prints
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Black Seal Boilers License, Preferred
- Electrical experience
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- HVAC experience
- Kitchen equipment repaired, electric repair and installation
- Knowledge of fire and burglar alarms, Preferred
- Knowledge in general maintenance repairs
- Must be able to climb and work off ladder
- Skill in the use of typical construction, hand and power tools
- Valid NJ Driver's License
- Other assigned duties
- Performs preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation & air conditioning equipment
- Participates in snow removal
