Who You'll Work With

As part of our team, you will lead and develop industry-leading data analytics solutions for our clients – while working closely with business users and data owners.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with data/solution architects, business analysts, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data pipelines.
• Support data quality, governance, and documentation initiatives.
• Automate deployments using CI/CD tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in architecture, processes, and tooling.
• Work closely with internal and client teams to align on priorities and timelines.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience in data engineering with at least 2+ years working on the Snowflake or Databricks platform is required.
• 2+ years of professional work experience in the P&C insurance industry is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working for a technical consulting organization.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala, and working with structured and semi-structured data.
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and storage services (S3).
• Hands-on experience with data orchestration, version control, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work for any U.S. company

Work Location

• Preferred location is in the Chicago, IL metro area; however, will consider candidates who live outside of the Chicago area (midwest or east coast preferred). xhyhwjd
• Work is usually remote; however, flexibility to travel up to 50% to the client location is required.
