Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating a great customer experience? We welcome you to join our team as a Cabinet Estimator. You will help us transform kitchens and baths in luxury homes around the greater Charlotte area! What Youll Do
- Perform take-offs from architectural drawings and develop a conceptual design
- Produce quotation for custom cabinets
- Perform field measurements needed to finalize the design/quotation
- Develop into design and project management career path
- Great character and team chemistry Positivity, Ownership, Integrity, Service, Excellence
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to visualize in 3D
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook
- General computer skills including file management and network navigation
- Physical stamina ability walk through in-construction site/home and perform measurements
- Reliability show up on time every day our crew will depend on you
- Professionalism clean appearance and respectful communication for working in high-end homes
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in an engineering or technical field
- Competitive pay starting at $45-55k/yr depending upon experience + quarterly bonus program
