Job Description:


- Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Unit: Case Management
- Location: Wichita, KS
- Beds:
- CPCU - 14 beds
- PCU - 14 beds
- Staff: 1
- Patient Ratios: 1:14
- Type of Equipment: EMR Meditech and Midas

Key Qualifications:
- Must have:
- Minimum 1-year current acute care Case Manager RN experience
- Active Kansas licensure
- BLS Certification


- Preferred Skills:
- Midas and HCA case management experience
- Prior HCA Hospital experience

Typical Procedures Performed:
- Case management assessments
- Discharge planning

Ideal Candidate Personality:

- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment

Additional Information:
