Job Description $1,000 Guaranteed Weekly Base + $0.60/Mile + $20 Per-Visit Bonuses | Monday–Friday | No Weekends | Training Provided Saintly Home Health LLC, a CHAP-accredited, Medicare-certified home health agency in Tempe, is hiring a dependable Registered Nurse for a Monday–Friday field position across the Phoenix Valley. You get a guaranteed weekly paycheck, mileage reimbursement, and extra earning potential as our census grows. New to home health? We'll train you. Compensation $1,000 guaranteed weekly base$0.60 per approved business mile$20 bonus for every completed visit above 20 in a weekExample: 25 visits = $1,100 + mileage. 30 visits = $1,200 + mileage. Schedule Monday through Friday; no weekends unless mutually agreed Up to 5 visits per day as census grows; daily routes vary We group visits geographically whenever possible The guaranteed base requires Monday–Friday availability, accepting reasonably assigned visits throughout the service area, consistent communication with the office, and accurate, on-time documentation. Service Area This is a Valley-wide field role. Our office is in Tempe, and patients are located in Tempe, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Cave Creek, Goodyear, Buckeye and surrounding communities. What You’ll Do Complete skilled-nursing visits in patients’ homes Perform nursing assessments, Start of Care, recertification and resumption-of-care visits Provide wound care, medication education and other ordered nursing services Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the clinical team Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, physicians and office staff Complete accurate, timely documentation in Alora, following OASIS, Medicare and EVV requirements Obtain all required patient and clinician signatures Serve as the alternate RN, covering visits and clinical duties when our primary field nurse is out Training Provided Home health experience is preferred but not required. We'll train the right RN on Start of Care procedures, OASIS assessments, Alora EMR documentation, Medicare home health requirements, EVV, and our clinical workflows. Requirements Active Arizona RN license Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and current auto insurance Reliable Monday–Friday availability Smartphone with dependable cell service Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently and complete documentation accurately and on time #J-18808-Ljbffr
