Job Description Job Description RN House Supervisor - Kane, PA Night shift Supervised and coordinated nursing operations across all units, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with clinical standards Led and supported nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), including assignments, staffing adjustments, and conflict resolution Acted as the primary decision-maker during shifts, managing emergencies, patient incidents, and operational issues Coordinated admissions, discharges, and communication with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Ensured adherence to facility policies, regulatory requirements, and proper documentation/reporting processes Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
