Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor patient care utilizing advanced nursing practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate patient care plans
• Titrate vasoactive medications and perform invasive monitoring
• Ensure patient safety and comfort through vigilant observation
• Participate in continuous training and adhere to best practices
• Document using EPIC charting system accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum two years of critical care experience necessary
• Travel nursing experience required
• Experience with CRRT, IABP, and Impella preferred
• Able to manage complex, critically ill patients effectively
