Lead the strategy and governance of critical data assets across Liquidity & Account Solutions, driving trusted, high-quality data that powers business growth, analytics, and AI innovation at scale.As an Executive Director, Data Owner within Liquidity & Account Solutions, you will be responsible for the strategic ownership, governance, quality, and oversight of data across multiple business domains. You will establish and drive the data governance framework, operating model, and standards that ensure data is accurate, secure, discoverable, andfitforbusiness,regulatory,AI,andanalyticsusecases.Thisrolerequiresastrongcombinationofstrategicleadershipandhands-onexecution,partneringacrossbusiness,technology,architecture,anddatateamstomaximizedatavaluewhilemaintainingappropriatecontrolsandgovernancestandards.Job responsibilities Owndatagovernance,quality,integrity,andappropriateuseacrossmultipledatadomains.Establishgovernanceframeworks,standards,andoperatingmodelstosupportenterprisedatamanagementobjectives.Ensuredataissourcedfromauthoritativesystemsofrecord,withclearlineage,ownership,andprovenance.Define,monitor,anddriveremediationofdataqualitystandards,controls,andissuemanagementprocesses.Overseedataaccessandentitlementmodelstoensureappropriateandsecuredatausage.PartnerwithDataProductManagers,DataEngineers,Architects,andbusinessstakeholdersthroughoutthedatalifecycle.Drivemetadatamanagement,datacataloging,anddatadiscoverabilityacrossenterpriseplatforms.Identifydatarisks,dependencies,andcontrolgaps,implementingscalablegovernancesolutions.LeaddiscussionswithDataUseCouncilsandgovernanceforumstofacilitatedatausageapprovalsandpolicyadherence.Promotedatareuse,interoperability,andenterprise-widedatavaluecreation.Build,mentor,anddevelophigh-performingteamswhileadvancingdatamanagementcapabilitiesacrosstheorganization, representthebusinessinfirmwidedatagovernanceinitiativesandcross-functionalleadershipforums.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills8+ years of experience within financial services, data management, governance, or related disciplines.Extensiveexperienceleadingdatagovernance,datamanagement,ordataownershipfunctionswithinalarge-scaleorganization.Deepunderstandingofdatagovernanceframeworks,operatingmodels,metadatamanagement,anddataqualitydisciplines.Provenabilitytoinfluenceseniorstakeholdersanddriveenterprise-widegovernanceinitiatives.Experienceestablishingcontrols,standards,andaccountabilityframeworksacrossmultipledatadomains.Strongknowledgeofdataproduct,datamesh,interoperability,andmoderndatamanagementprinciples.Demonstratedabilitytoidentifyandmitigatedata-relatedriskswhilebalancingbusinessvalueandregulatoryrequirements.Excellentcommunication,leadership,andstakeholdermanagementskills.Experienceleadinganddevelopingteamswithincomplex,matrixedenvironments.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsAdvanceddegreeinaSTEM,business,orrelatedfield.Industry-recognizeddatagovernance,datamanagement,orriskcertifications.ExperiencesupportingAI,advancedanalytics,andenterprisedataproductinitiatives.
