The Ridge provides comprehensive psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications Job Requirements: Licensure: Current license to practice professional nursing in KY. Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a CCNE accredited nursing program required; Master of Science in Nursing strongly preferred. Must have a minimum of 4 years nursing and supervisory/administrative experience. Must be familiar with The Joint Commission and other regulatory parties. Demonstrated working knowledge of behavioral health nursing clinical practices and management. Ability to plan, direct, and monitor others’ activities with demonstrated leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment.
