Head of Business Systems - Telecommunications

The successful candidate will oversee system migrations, standardize processes across acquired businesses, and develop scalable integration strategies to support continued growth and future acquisitions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead full migration from Sonar to Gaiia
- Own B/OSS integrations across all systems
- Standardize corporate operating stack platform-wide
- Build repeatable acquisition integration playbooks
- Drive adoption, reporting, and data integrity
Skills/Must Have:
- Hands-on ISP B/OSS migration experience
- Strong SQL, ETL, and data migration
- API integrations and workflow design
- Experience with financial systems integrations
- Change management and systems adoption ownership
