Sr. Business Analyst

Business Analyst (Senior)NOVACES is seeking a qualified Business Analyst (Senior) to support the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) under the Business Management Support Services contract. The selected candidate will provide senior-level analytical support, interpret complex data sets, and deliver actionable insights to support DoD military and civilian stakeholders.Responsibilities include:Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insightsInterpret findings and communicate results clearly to senior-level stakeholdersUtilize data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and process modeling software to support decision-makingIdentify root causes of operational and business challenges and develop effective, data-driven solutionsSupport business operations analysis, financial considerations, and strategic planning initiativesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with government personnel and contractor partnersManage stakeholder expectations and provide clear, consistent communication across teamsMinimum Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a general business-related field.In lieu of a bachelor's degree in a general business-related field, a minimum of three (3) additional years of experience as a Business Analyst.Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst supporting DoD military and/or civilian customers.Experience working with the Armed Services Blood Program or related blood program.Program: Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) – Business Management Support ServicesPosition Type: Full-TimeWork Location: On-SiteAddress: 7700 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22042Benefits include:401(k)AD&D insuranceDental insuranceDisability insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid holidaysPaid sick timePaid time offProfessional development assistanceVision insurance NOVACES
