Substitute Teacher (2026-27 SY)

Position Type: Substitute Teacher (On‑call, as needed) School Year: 2026-27 Location: District‑wide (Elementary, Middle, High Schools) Application Deadline: Applications accepted throughout the school year Application Process Complete an online application. Applicants must have an associate’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university but have not completed a state‑approved educator preparation program. Provide acceptable identification and direct deposit information. Provide current Wisconsin Teacher or Substitute License, or verification that the applicant has initiated the Wisconsin DPI license process. Applicants residing or working outside Wisconsin must complete an electronic fingerprint procedure. New hires will receive a paperwork packet and be scheduled for orientation/training. Qualifications & Requirements Current Wisconsin DPI Teacher or Substitute license. Associate’s degree or higher. Accepted for on‑call substitutions; no guaranteed long‑term assignments. Must have all required documents on file and have attended orientation/training before being placed.
