Seven Healthcare are seeking a talented Registered Nurse specialized in the Operating Room for a travel assignment in Charleston, WV. This role involves working in an acute care setting, handling a variety of surgical cases with a required specialty in ophthalmology. The successful candidate will join a professional team in a well-equipped environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - OR- Operating Room

• Assist in a variety of procedures including scleral buckles, vitrectomies, corneal transplants, and more
• Maintain readiness for minimum 1 weekday call shift per week and up to every other weekend
• Adapt to a flexible schedule with potential late stays to complete surgical procedures
• Possible floating to other surgical departments as required
• Participate in hospital orientation and complete unit-specific training in One Day Surgery

Requirements of the RN - OR- Operating Room

• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience, specifically in ophthalmology
• Valid RN license
• Ability to respond to calls within 30 minutes
