Requirements

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the required state.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Proficiency in utilizing digital radiography and intraoral imaging technology.
Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to patient care.
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Description

Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and coronal polishing.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ oral health conditions, accurately documenting periodontal status and findings.
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) using digital X-ray units and utilize intraoral imaging.
Provide personalized patient education on proper oral hygiene techniques and the critical importance of preventive care.
Collaborate seamlessly with dentists and the clinical team to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in full compliance with practice standards and HIPAA regulations.
Sterilize and maintain all dental instruments and equipment following stringent OSHA and infection control protocols.
Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in dental hygiene.
