About the Role The Salesforce Administrator / Developer will join a highly collaborative IT team supporting a Global Investment Banking group with 600+ users. This role requires a hybrid skill set—primarily Salesforce declarative and programmatic development, with occasional full‑stack development tasks. Mulesoft experience is a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities Act as subject matter expert for Salesforce administration and development. Design and implement declarative solutions (flows, process builder, etc.) and programmatic solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components). Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to map Salesforce features to business processes. Maintain technical documentation and support rollout of enhancements. Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues. Drive user adoption and create training materials as needed. Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices. Continuous Learning Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices. Engage with the Salesforce Success Community and local user groups. Skills Salesforce Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce JavaScript APIs Agile C# .NET MVC Marketing Cloud Change management Preferred Skills Ability to develop Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components. Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations. Mulesoft integration development experience (plus). Familiarity with Microsoft development tools (C#, MVC, ASP.NET) (plus). Agile methodology experience (Kanban, User Stories, etc.). Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Hybrid model 3 days a week in office.
