Role Overview:
We are partnering with a leading US-based agriculture company currently navigating challenges in their Master Data Management (MDM) transformation journey. The client is transitioning from a Reltio-based MDM system to Informatica MDM on Cloud as part of a broader data modernization initiative.

Despite completing early milestones like licensing and pilot deployments, the client is experiencing roadblocks in scaling, adoption, and enterprise integration . To move forward, they are seeking a seasoned Informatica MDM Consultant to serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on expert to help them stabilize and scale their MDM rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage directly with business and technical teams to assess the current MDM rollout and identify pain points
Lead architecture and solution design using Informatica MDM Cloud Edition (Customer 360/Business 360)
Develop a pragmatic, phased roadmap to move from pilot to enterprise-wide adoption
Provide hands-on expertise in data modeling, match & merge, survivorship, and hierarchy management
Collaborate with client IT and business stakeholders to define ownership, workflows, and governance best practices
Act as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment between technology and business outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

8+ years of overall MDM experience with 3+ years on Informatica MDM Cloud Edition
Strong understanding of migration best practices (preferably from Reltio to Informatica MDM)
Proven success in driving MDM adoption across multiple business units and domains
Familiarity with agriculture, supply chain, or manufacturing data models preferred
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels
Strong communication skills, both technical and business-facing
