As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Marshal in Bristol PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional at a manufacturing and industrial location where you will conduct routine patrols stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and a role grounded in teamwork integrity and a people-first culture you will help keep daily operations running smoothly while making a meaningful impact every shift.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures access protocols and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or unusual activity in a calm problem-solving manner documenting details and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas warehouses loading docks parking areas and perimeter points to help identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity verify credentials and/or visitor information and help support authorized access procedures for personnel deliveries and shipments.
• Observe workplace conditions and report hazards equipment issues and/or policy violations that could impact operations or require further review.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 1 years of law enforcement experience OR 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience OR 3 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
