Job Summary
Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) - Winchester, VA. This position requires a Certified Surgical Technologist with at least 2 years of experience working as a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Scrub Tech, preferably with cardiac experience in first and second scrub assisting. The role involves floating to the main operating room for vascular and thoracic cases, supporting adult patient populations, and adhering to established safety and procedural standards. The assignment duration is from 09/21/2026 to 12/21/2026, with a schedule of 10-hour shifts, totaling a minimum of 40 hours per week.

• Required Qualifications: Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), NBSTSA Certificate, Virginia State License; Education: Certified Surgical Technologist; Experience: 2+ years as CVOR Scrub Tech; Location Requirements: Virginia license or status of license; Years of Experience: 2+ years
• Preferred Qualifications: Cardiac experience in first scrub assisting and second scrub assisting
• Float: Float to main operating room for vascular and thoracic cases
• Additional Information: Must have work experience as a CVOR Scrub Tech and possess a valid Virginia license or license status; candidate should be comfortable with adult patient care and support within a fast-paced surgical environment.
