Quality Assurance Technician

Position: Quality Assurance Technician
Pay: $0.00
Shift: 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Mon-Fri and weekends as needed
Location: University Park, IL
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product specifications are met
- Prepare certificates of analysis and bills of lading for shipments
- Perform finished product testing on all goods produced
- Assist with environmental, water, and micro swabs for lab analysis preparation
- Verify compliance with HACCP documentation
- Hold/releases and dispositions products per standards
- Calibrate and verify calibration of equipment
- Inspect production lines before and after manufacturing
- Confirm repairs and inspections on food contact equipment
- Inspect rejected or returned products
- Support customer complaint investigations
- Verify outbound seals on railcars
- Record pertinent data accurately
- Ability to work professionally and positively influence team members
- Promote teamwork and collaboration internally and externally
- High integrity and honesty; trustworthy in all actions
- Creative, adaptable, and energetic self-starter
- Quality Control Inspection
- Product testing and environmental sampling
- HACCP verification and equipment calibration
- Inspection of production and equipment repairs
- Customer complaint investigation
