The Recreation Leader reports to the Recreation Coordinator. The primary job duties of this position include: Assist with implementing facility programs and events. Preparing activities, curriculum, leading and monitoring assigned activities, adapting to participant's needs, classroom management and maintaining records. Customer service to include fielding questions and resolving conflicts with internal and external customers. Hours for these positions are Monday through Thursday from 8 am - 12 pm and 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Friday from 8 am 12 pm and 4:00 pm 7:30 pm with rotating Saturdays from 8:00 am 1:00 pm) Possess and maintain certification for CPR and Standard First Aid within 30 days of hire Age requirement: Must be 18+ years This position requires a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and fingerprinting. This position is an At-Will position and is FLSA Non-Exempt - eligible for overtime compensation. This position has been designated as a Medium work position that spends a majority of their work day in an office/warehouse/outdoor/field environment.
