• Monitor food quality, freshness, and temperature throughout service.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure timely ticket completion and smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with stocking, rotation, and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and tools clean and well maintained.
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods and help maintain a positive, professional environment.

• Prior kitchen or line cooking experience preferred, but motivated candidates who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.
