Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
Provide specialized speech-language pathology services to assist patients in improving their communication, voice, and swallowing abilities. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver effective therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ speech, language, and swallowing disorders through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address identified communication challenges.
• Deliver therapy sessions focused on enhancing speech, language, and cognitive-communication skills.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and therapy outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to support communication improvement.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent field.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare environment.
• Ability to establish rapport and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
