Our office consists of 400+ Wealth Management Associates and Financial Advisors who serve ~200,000 clients with aggregate assets of nearly ~$22bn• ensure your team of Financial Wellness Coaches are addressing service requests from our participants and our Financial Advisors in a timely manner• execute Workforce Management (WFM) functions, including staffing incoming call queues and monitoring daily SLAs against defined goals• deliver ongoing coaching and development to your team through trainings, call listening, and regular feedback sessions • work with your team to prioritize account service and delegate daily case assignments • onboard and develop new Financial Wellness Coaches as they join the Wealth Advice Center platform • manage all service center-like aspects to ensure things run smoothlyYour Career ComebackWe are open to applications from career returners. Find out more about our program on ubs.com/careercomeback.The teamYou’ll be working as part of the Financial Wellness Team managing a portion of our Financial Wellness Coach population. You will play a critical role in leading your team of Financial Wellness Coaches tasked with providing excellent service to both our clients and our Financial Advisors while working to proactively coach and develop your team’s overall skillset.Your skills and experience• Undergraduate degree is required• SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licenses are required• Series 9 and Series 10 are preferred, but must be obtained within 120 days of employment • fluency in Spanish is required• strong track record of success in a similar position managing others and known for getting things done and inspiring others to follow you while being able to manage your time well and handle a large workload in a fast-paced environment• highly detail oriented and prioritize work to ensure everything is completed in a timely manner and able to lead and positively influence others• excellent problem solver and collaborate well with other people and teams• demonstrate self-confidence and the ability to maintain composure in challenging environments• driven with a proactive mindset as well as excellent listener with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written• able to adapt and work well under pressure in a complex environment while also managing projects independently and assuming a high level of responsibility• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows.
