Tech Lead - .Net, Angular

Salary: $166,000 - 206,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• We expect 10+ years of software development experience.
• We look for proven experience leading teams.
• We value prior experience as a technical lead, team lead, or in a comparable leadership role.
• We need working knowledge of unit testing, user stories or use cases, design patterns, and object-oriented software design, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• We seek someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and is a strong team player.
• We require experience with .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.

• We drive the execution and delivery of features by partnering with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and developers.
• We work with short release cycles, feature toggle implementations, and continuous integration practices.
• We operate within a microservice architecture and platform-based development environment.
• We improve the development process and remove obstacles that slow delivery.
• We contribute directly to development work, including coding and feature verification, to help teams meet release commitments.
• We coach and mentor leads through both technical and nontechnical challenges.
