Learn more at is seeking an IT Specialist who report to the IT Director for the company. The primary responsibilities of this role are to ensure the stability, integrity and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure at Cresset.Primary Responsibilities:Provide technical services and support for Windows 2016 Domain, Hosted Exchange and O365 business applicationsSupport Azure hosted cloud infrastructureDocument maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructureMaintain quality service by enforcing organization standardsEvaluate and recommend IT technologyProvide end user support within ticketing system resolving in a timely mannerAdhere to established SLAS while investing and prioritizing ticketsAssist in documentation of IT processes, procedures and systemsPhone, A/V, user and system assistance, and supportEmployee onboarding, setup, and imagingOn call as neededQualifications and Characteristics:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experienceExpert at using and supporting Microsoft Office products and other productivity applicationsStrong experience with TCP/IP; experience securing and supporting internet connected computersStrong knowledge of Internet protocols including DNSStrong knowledge of Microsoft Operating systemsExcellent troubleshooting skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work on deadline and communicate effectively with management and end usersWhat We Offer:At Cresset, we focus on people first. Salary will be based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, licenses/certifications, industry knowledge, and geographic location.
