Graphic Designer III

Join a culturally diverse group of strategic and creative explorers at an in-house advertising agency for a global biopharmaceutical company with 30 leading brands and 48,000 employees. This position offers a hybrid schedule with three days on-site and two days remote. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm CT.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in design, advertising, or related discipline.
  • Experience: 5 years developing professional digital and print materials with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and expertise.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and awareness of trends in graphic design.
  • Soft Skills: High degree of initiative to drive projects to completion, ability to respond to feedback, and turn projects around quickly.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Knak, Adobe Experience Manager, and eWizard.
  • Pharmaceutical experience in a highly regulated environment.
  • Ability to work overtime when needed for time-sensitive projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with creative managers, writers, and designers to create and update digital and print marketing materials within FDA regulations.
  • Design email campaign layouts using Knak Email Builder and eWizard.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes for web banner ads, social media ads, and websites in Figma.
  • Design interactive sales aids in InDesign and eWizard for the Veeva CRM platform.
  • Create print materials such as brochures, journal ads, and product packaging in InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Visualize clinical data in InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Create digital mockups in Photoshop, color correct, retouch, and optimize images.
  • Source stock photos and video footage using services like Getty and Shutterstock.
  • Present to large teams and articulate design decisions clearly.
