Details 13-week contract in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts) 36 hours per week Epic EMR (experience expected) Local candidates are accepted Requirements Active CA RN license required Current BLS and PALS certifications required — all licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration; pending credentials are not accepted Minimum 5 years of dedicated PICU experience required (non-float) Minimum 5 years of cardiac experience required Graduate of an accredited nursing program BSN or related bachelor's degree preferred Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Provide critical care nursing to pediatric patients in an intensive care setting Travelers who have previously worked on assignment with this health system may be subject to tenure limitations — candidates who have reached two cumulative years of contingent work within the system must complete a 90-day break before being eligible for a new assignment American Traveler Job ID P-729413.
