This individual will work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership, delivering a relationship-focused recruiting experience with the goal of long-term team integration.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions (approximately 40 requisitions at a time)Create and manage requisitions; define job requirements, screening questions, and interview strategiesSource, screen, and interview candidates across technical and corporate rolesCoordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage pre-employment screenings (drug testing and background checks)Serve as the primary liaison between hiring managers and candidatesMaintain accurate candidate records and hiring stages within the ATSSupport recruiting metrics and departmental goalsParticipate in job fairs, recruiting events, and proactive sourcing initiativesCollaborate with the TA Manager on hiring strategies and workforce planningBuild and maintain external talent pipelinesRequired Qualifications5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (Senior / Level 3 preferred)Required industry experience: POWER GENERATIONRecruiting experience across blue-collar and white-collar roles, including engineering and field service positionsDemonstrated success managing high-volume recruiting in fast-paced environmentsStrong stakeholder partnership and relationship-building skillsATS/HRIS experience required Paycom experience highly preferred Experience with Paycor, Paylocity, ADP Workforce Now, or similar systems acceptableBachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)SHRM or HRCI certification preferredMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipSkills & CompetenciesHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedStrong communication and emotional intelligenceData-driven and metrics-focused mindsetAbility to influence hiring partners constructivelyHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentialityCulture & EnvironmentThis team is looking for a long-term contract-to-hire fit who is:Passionate about recruiting and relationship-buildingReliable, engaged, and accountableA collaborative team player with a driven mindset
