This position will have a primary focus on supporting customers and network stakeholders with an emphasis on: service desk tasks, computer hardware, software and network support, systems imaging, Cyber Security technical tasks, vulnerability and asset management.Basic QualificationsActive TOP Secret ClearanceMost possess DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+)Ability to lift physical equipment up to 30 lbs. Experience in Windows 11 client side troubleshooting and resolution with domain joined assetsExemplary customer service and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and ogranizational skillsRemote site travel within same geographic location, daily turnarounds. Desired SkillsMicrosoft Windows Active Directory administrationExperience supporting Government Accredited networks (JSIG/RMF)Experience with technical procedural documentationExperience with Powershell scriptingExperience with application package creation and deployment using MECM. Experience with Thin clients, VDI solutionsBasic network troubleshooting, layer 1 and 2.
