$75K–$150K, warm territory, and a product homeowners actually want. Green Bay area, in person, full-time.

We install permanent outdoor lighting — the architectural LED systems you've started seeing on rooflines around town. Average install is $7,200. Commission runs 10–13% on collected revenue, so that's $720+ per sale. Two sales a week is a $75K year. Four is $150K. There's no ceiling on it, no clawbacks, and no draw games.

We run a company team vehicle out to territory every day, so you're not putting 200 miles a week on your own truck.

What makes this different from every other door you've knocked

If you've sold solar, pest, alarms, roofing, fiber, or windows, you already know the hard part isn't the door — it's the product. You've stood on a porch defending a 25-year financing agreement while the homeowner looked for an exit.

This is the opposite. Homeowners see permanent lighting, want it, and their neighbors ask about it. No inspection. No underwriting. No credit denial killing your deal three days later. We knock the streets around homes that already have it installed and glowing. The demo sold itself before you rang the bell.

What you'll earn

• 10–13% commission on personal production, uncapped
• Paid on collected revenue — once it's collected, it's yours

• $250 bonus if you already hold a current City of Green Bay solicitor permit

What you'll do

• Knock residential neighborhoods around existing installs — warm territory, not cold starts
• Run our proven cycle: Interrupt, Discover, Show, Close, Rehash
• Sell the full value stack: security, holiday lighting, landscape accent, home value
• Set clean, accurate appointments and hand off to install without surprises

Who we're looking for

• Comfortable in a commission-only seat — no base, no draw. You eat what you kill, and the uncapped ceiling is the trade-off.
• Thick skin and the discipline to still be knocking at 6:45 PM after an ugly day
• Prior door-to-door, canvassing, or commission sales preferred — not required if you're coachable and willing to knock every day
• Valid driver's license, and able to obtain a City of Green Bay solicitor permit (we'll walk you through it)
