ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I'm a proud Air Force veteran who has spent more than two decades in service and operations, and today I'm honored to serve my local community as a State Farm Agent here in Louisville, CO. Giving back is incredibly important to me-I'm actively involved with the Louisville Chamber of Commerce and previously served as President of Coal Creek Meals on Wheels. When I'm not working with customers, you'll usually find me enjoying Colorado's incredible outdoors with my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Marc Sisler - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
