Position Title: Personal Trainer (One-on-One and Group Sessions)Location: Various apartment community gyms in "Greater Phoenix Area". Travel between locations required.
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time/Contract (flexible based on availability – adjust as needed).About the Role:
LifeRise Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Trainer to provide high-quality fitness training services to residents at our apartment communities. The ideal candidate will deliver personalized one-on-one sessions as well as engaging group training classes directly at the on-site gyms. This role involves traveling between multiple apartment locations, so reliable transportation is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels.
- Lead group training classes, such as boot camps, HIIT, or strength training, for small to medium-sized groups.
- Assess client fitness levels, develop customized workout plans, and track progress.
- Ensure a safe, motivating, and inclusive environment during all sessions.
- Travel to different apartment community gyms as scheduled.
- Maintain equipment and gym spaces in collaboration with property staff.
- Promote wellness programs and encourage resident participation.
Requirements:
- NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certification required.
- At least 2 years of professional experience working as a personal trainer.
- Proven ability to handle both individual and group training formats.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for travel between locations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- CPR/AED certification preferred.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed.
