Job Description

High School Counselors for onsite positions supporting general education 9th–12th grade students in Casco, Michigan. Featuring a great early workday schedule that lets you wrap up your day by 2:15 PM, this contract runs for the full 2026–2027 school year through mid-June.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor student academic progress, grades, and graduation requirements.
Manage Section 504 Plan compliance, monitoring, and student accommodations.
Collaborate with fellow counselors, teachers, and school administrators.
Maintain regular parent communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Participate in multidisciplinary staff meetings and student support conferences.

Requirements:

Licensure: Active Michigan School Counselor Credential (School Counselor License [SCL] or NT endorsement).
Education: Master’s degree in School Counseling or Counseling Education.
Experience: High school counseling experience preferred.
