We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Guest Services Associate | Hotel & Casino who enjoys working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This is more than a front desk job—you’ll be a key part of the guest experience across our hotel, casino, and Player’s Club operations. What You’ll Do Welcome guests with a positive, professional attitude Handle hotel check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately Assist with reservations, questions, and guest requests Enroll guests in the Player’s Club and issue membership cards Explain rewards programs, promotions, and casino offerings Make announcements over the PA system as needed Stay informed on resort events, entertainment, and promotions Assist guests with directions and property navigation Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Support special events, promotions, and resort activities Work closely with your team to deliver a smooth guest experience What We’re Looking For Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality Excellent communication and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to obtain and maintain a South Dakota Gaming License Why You’ll Love Working Here Fast-paced, engaging work environment—no two days are the same Opportunity to interact with guests from all over Supportive team atmosphere Work in a fun, resort-style hospitality setting Be part of a team that values guest experience and energy Position Details Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
