Senior Operations Manager

Job Description: This role is responsible for managing a unit for a site, region, or product line within the bank's internal operations. It includes identifying, analyzing, and resolving highly complex problems, ensuring compliance with policies, developing and implementing new processes, improving operating efficiency, and ensuring workflow accuracy. Key Responsibilities Identify, analyze, and resolve highly complex problems. Ensure compliance with corporate policies. Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and workflow accuracy. Manage employee performance, development, and talent planning. Oversee budget, expenses, reporting, and forecasting. Global Credit Operations Responsibilities Fulfill, service, and protect credit offerings for Business Banking, Global Wealth & Investment Management, Commercial and Corporate clients, Leasing and Trade products. Manage staffing levels and capacities. Prioritize employee development through coaching and training. Share constructive feedback to drive operational excellence. Oversee end-to-end processes and ensure adherence to bank and regulatory policy and procedures. Develop and analyze procedures to enhance unit and product activities. Manage budget and expense management, reporting, and forecasting. Implement process improvements to drive growth. Identify data, metrics, and KPIs to measure process effectiveness. Align bank priorities and strategies with employee metrics and goals. Evaluate employee progress and strive to recognize, encourage, and improve team performance. Required Skills 2+ years of syndicated/commercial loan experience. Experience with Loan IQ. Experience managing people or a process in a fast‑paced environment. Experience reading, interpreting, and analyzing complex legal documentation. Highly organized, proactive, and able to plan, prioritize, and manage deliverables. Strong written & verbal communication skills; able to target messaging to different audiences. Desired Skills Experience with GFS. Adapts well to a quickly evolving environment.
